Custom Poster Info:

By ordering a custom poster from us, you will receive a poster with a customized layout and custom text. This product is designed for if you want a poster including all of your pets! 

Species We Accept:

We are currently accepting only species we have previously illustrated. It will be a poster composed of existing illustrations, you can mix & match different animal types in the same poster (tarantulas, snakes, geckos, frogs). 

If you are interested in a species that we have not illustrated before, please inquire via email (info@mingoart.com) before ordering the commission. 

Format: 

The format can accept a maximum of 12 animals per poster, we also have formats where it's 6 animals. However, we can absolutely format the poster to be a custom number for you. If you have any questions, please reach out via email (info@mingoart.com). 

Scheduling & Timing: 

We aim to complete & ship your custom poster within 1 weeks of ordering. Additional transit times apply once shipped, if you are an international client from outside the US, please calculate the timing and allow additional time if buying as a gift! 

We will email you a draft for confirmation before it is printed & shipped, please keep an eye out for our email (info@mingoart.com) and respond at your convenience. We will send the print without a confirmation if it has been 3 business days since the email without a response in order to ensure delivery times. 

Copyright & Usage Rights: 

All artwork created by Mingo X / The Silk Ranch / The Morph Archive remains the intellectual property and copyright of the artist unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the commissioned artwork for personal or any specifically agreed-upon purposes, but ownership of the copyright is not transferred. Commercial rights—including, but not limited to, reproduction, resale, merchandising, advertising, licensing, or distribution for profit—remain exclusively with the artist unless a separate written commercial licensing agreement is purchased. Any use beyond the granted license requires the artist's prior written permission.

Ordering Process: 

After submitting your order, please send the following information to our email (info@mingoart.com). 

1. Your order number, or the customer name on the order.
2. Specify which logo you'd like (if you'd like a logo), and the series name line text (if you'd like a line of text there). 
3. The layout of the species with the corresponding slot numbers. And the text for each slot:
