Shipping & Policies
Shipping: Orders are to be sent within the 1-3 business days timeframe, excluding special conditions such as custom orders, commission orders, etc. Shipments may encounter delays from carrier services and customs for international duties.
Cancellation Policy: Order cancellations are permitted with a full refund prior to shipment. Once your order is dispatched at the post office, it is deemed shipped, and you may consult the returns policy for further guidance.
Returns Policy: A reimbursement will be provided, deducting the initial shipping fee, for returns received within 14 days of delivery. The buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs. The item must be in its original condition when received to qualify for a refund.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges for alternative items can be facilitated at no extra charge before your order ships. If you wish to swap the item for an alternate choice upon arrival, this can be arranged within 14 days of the initial delivery following the return of the item by the buyer. Shipping fees for the returned item are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damages: Upon receipt of your damaged order, kindly notify us immediately with accompanying photos of the damages and the shipping container. We shall dispatch a replacement item promptly.
International Customs Duties: The buyer is accountable for taxes linked to international orders, if applicable. By legal mandate, my store cannot modify the declared items to be designated as anything other than merchandise, except in unique cases like a replacement.
