Purpose

This Minimum Pricing Policy is established by Mingo Xie / The Silk Ranch (the “Artist”) to maintain brand integrity, ensure fair market competition, and protect the value of the Artist’s products across all retail channels.

General Policy

All authorized retailers agree to sell products at or above the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as defined by the Artist.
Retailers may not advertise, list, or sell products below MSRP except under the permitted conditions outlined below.

Permitted Exceptions

Retailers may offer pricing below MSRP only under the following circumstances:

1. Sales Events
   Temporary promotions (e.g., seasonal sales, holiday events, store-wide discounts) are permitted.
   Sales must be time-limited and not continuous or permanent.
   Discounts should not be presented in a way that devalues the brand (e.g., excessive or constant markdowns, more than 30% off).
2. Bundle Offers
   Products may be included in bundled deals where the effective per-item price falls below MSRP.
   Bundles must include multiple items and should provide clear added value to the customer. (e.g., Enclosure Tag + Enclosure Bundle Deal). 
   The bundle price must not be lower than the individual item price. 

Online Sales & Advertising

Retailers must not list or advertise products below MSRP on any online platform, except during sales events or bundles.
This includes websites, social media shops, and third-party storefronts operated by the retailer.

Policy Updates

The Artist reserves the right to update MSRP values and pricing guidelines.
Retailers will be notified of any MSRP changes at least 30-days in advance.
